The business originated with Geoff Thomas over 40 years ago in North Sydney and covered every aspect of valuation industry including mortgage, insurance, stamp duty, family law, unit entitlement and expert witness in court proceedings.
In 2005 Geoff relocated to the Central Coast and the Sydney business was purchased by Craig McPherson.
Craig has been involved in real estate for over 30 years as a licensed agent, valuer and property developer.
Since 2005 the business has concentrated on building insurance valuations only and we have become an expert in this area.
In 2009 Danny McPherson joined the team with over 12 years experience in valuation.
In 2013 Jarrod McPherson joined the team with 2 years experience in valuation.
In 2017 Paige McPherson joined the team as a trainee valuer and is attending the Bachelor of Property Valuation course at Ultimo Tafe.
